What out of office hours support can you provide?
We define office hours as 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. We have out of office hours maintenance support and remote support, provided by dedicated IT support staff, as well as senior management if there are more complex requirements. We also manage 3rd party vendor management. We can take on the role of communicating with any 3rd party vendors, so that you don't have to.
